Alexandre's Cuvée Saint Anne is the flagship non-vintage bottling of the estate, and is the first champagne I always reach for. This bottling comes from the 2019-base, with a small percentage of the blend composed from reserve wines.

A blend of 45% Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier, the vins clairs go through full malo, with bottling for secondary fermentation taking place in June of 2020. It was disgorged in December of 2021 and finished with a dosage of 5g/L.
