There's usually no reason to fan the flame of anything Dominique Lafon, but his newer solo project actually allows me to offer bottles with good supply. Dominique's 2021 Bourgogne Blanc is one of those "we're gonna need a bigger boat" wines. The wizardly construction of white Burgundy at this price is an anomaly.
