Dynamite brings a more formidable structure as compared to the Fleurie, Saint-Amour, and Juliènas cuvées. Yet, it still perfectly captures Yann's skill in tannin management, offering a satin texture that always reminds of his close connection to Jean Foillard.

Yann grew up in Fleurie and apprenticed under two of Beaujolais's revered producers: Yvon Métras and Jean Foillard. Like them, Yann knew that organic farming and traditional methods in the cellar would be his path forward. His style is one of elegance, silken texture, and laser focus, expressing each unique terroir in the Famille Bertrand stable.
