Grotte Alte Cerasuolo is only produced in exceptional vintages and is a blend of equal parts Frappato and Nero d'Avola from the estate's oldest vines. It's fermented for at least 35 days on skins, then ages in large Slavonian botti. During its evolution, if Arianna feels that it's not up to the highest standard, the wine is blended into her SP68.
