It’s a vast 273-acre vineyard and a token Napa Valley postcard setting that resides just north of the town of Yountville. A visit here in spring will provide views of the one most vivid displays of mustard you will find anywhere in the world. Grenache occupies just 4 vine rows at Yount Mill, a site that would be considered a slightly ‘cooler planting zone’ for this sun-loving varietal, which tends to thrive in more hostile and hot climates.
