In the southeast corner of Champagne is the Aube, which in recent years has gained a reputation for producing exciting and distinctive Champagnes. Grower-producer Bertrand Gautherot has a deep commitment to terroir expression, with each cuvée demonstrating its own unique profile. Fidèle is a blanc de noirs composed of primarily Pinot Noir, and finished without dosage.
