The list of showstopping Aligoté is small. For me, it's Leroy/D'Auvenay, Coche-Dury, and Charles Lachaux in the Côte d'Or. Then, there is De Moor's 1902-planted Aligoté in Chablis. As expected, there's a cooler fruit tone and more obvious minerality here.
