Alexandre Chartogne’s new release of Cuvée Sainte Anne is from the base year of 2019, with a small percentage of the blend composed from reserve wines. The blend 45% Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier. The vins clairs go through full malo and eighty are raised in casks, with bottling for secondary fermentation taking place in June of 2020. It was disgorged in December of 2021 and finished with a dosage of 5g/L.
