Coming from the village of Verzenay which is renowed for producing robust pinor noir, fourth generation winemaker David Pehu selects only Grand Cru fruit for this distinctive NV champagne. Composed of 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay, then aged 30 months without malo, as is a siganture of Pehu's winemaking style.
