The blend in this cuvee is half Corvina and Corvinone, half Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Some of the fruit is dried, and some fermented fresh. Aging in Slavonian oak is typical before release. This is by far the youngest of the reds released from each vintage.
