Winemaker Gaetano Carboni’s organic family farm is set against the backdrop of the Gran Sasso Mountains near the Adriatic. Following the guidance of neighbor and Nebbiolo legend Francesco Valentini, Gaetano was able to begin planting in the early 2000s while converting the estate to follow all organic and natural practices. Geatano sold his grapes to outer sources for years until 2016 where he made his first wine.
