2021 Domaine de Cassiopée Bourgogne Aligoté Mitancherie
Following their training with Jean-Marc Roulot and Benjamin Leroux, we were eager to see what this young couple in Maranges would do with their own domaine. Mitancherie comes from a 0.5-ha plot planted on a windy hillside once considered too cold to produce wine 20 years ago. It produces an easy, expressive Aligoté.
