2019 Monte dall'Ora Valpolicella Camporenzo
The Camporenzo vineyard is essentially the family's backyard, a total three hectares are planted in the San Pietro hills behind their house: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta, Molinara. After picking, the fruit is placed in wooden vats to be foot-trodden once a day. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, then aged for four months in small oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, organic and biodynamic.
