Les Coutures is 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Meunier from old vines in the village of Avenay Val d'Or. There isn't much information out there on Bouvet's micro-production wines, but I assure you, these are expressions of art in every sense of the word, from farming methods to label design. The ethos of these textured and captivating champagnes are both tradition and invention.
