Pinot Noir from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ 1er Cru, Hautvillers 1er Cru, Avenay-Val-d’Or 1er Cru and Mutigny 1er Cru, Chardonnay from Mareuil-Sur-Aÿ 1er Cru, Bisseuil 1er Cru and Mutigny 1er Cru. Aged in stainless steel with full malolactic fermentation. Notes of apricot, toast and lemon peel develop into a round mid palate with a pleasing mineral finish.
