Sin Azufre is a personal project of Piero’s. The grapes come from a special section of the Cincuenta y Cinco vineyard. It is 100% whole cluster, with no temperature control, no additions, and fermented entirely in cement. It is a sound sans soufre Pinot Noir complete with a gorgeous profile, purity, and vibrancy.

Piero Incisa della Rocchetta has made a name for Bodega Chacra by crafting the most elegant and Burgundian wines I've tasted in South America. They are Patagonia's model for spare no expense viticulture and vinification. All parcels are farmed following organic and biodynamic principles.
