Soverribas comes from a single parcel called Paraje Manzaniña located in Padrenda (Meaño). Trained in the traditional Pergola style. The wine was fermented and raised on lees in a 2,200-liter old French barrel for one year, with additional aging in bottle. An angular and serious vin-de-garde Albariño!
