"A cuvée that now sees 12 months in wood followed by some time in stainless steel tank, the 2020 Bourgogne Blanc exhibits aromas of pear, pastry cream and citrus pith, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and chiseled palate that's impressively layered and precise. This derives from holdings in the commune of Chassagne, where late pruning, Vincent tells me, has done wonders in limiting yields."
