The name of this wine is in dialect and translates to "Grandpa and the Tree." Grapes are destemmed and macerated for three to four weeks. Fermented and aged in barrel for one to two years. 10-25 mg per liter of sulfur added at bottling. Blend: Nebbiolo and Barbera.
