Susucaru Rosato has become an obsession of mine. The hook for me is the kaleidoscope array of citrus and tropical fruits that meld with Mt. Etna's volcanic minerality. I find that non-sulfured wines, when executed at their very best, have an added high-toned, spicy quality that's rare to come across in more conventional wines.
