From San Casciano, situated close to Florence, Maddalena Fucile and Matteo Vaccari of Cigliano di Sopra are Chianti's next generation of stewards. After working with our friends Sashi Moorman and Rajat Parr, the two young winemakers returned home to restore Maddalena's family estate in Chianti. They practice biodynamic farming and minimalist winemaking.
