This wine, colloquially known as the "Foradori Rosso", is the family's entry level red wine. It comes from 15 small plots with an average age of 35 years.
The fruit is fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Aging takes place in cement tanks and used foudres of 20 to 40 hectoliters for about a year. S02 is usually added only at bottling, between 40-50mg/l. In warm vintages with low PH, it may be added after malolactic fermentation.
