Clos des Guichaux comes from a 1.3 hectare parcel of Chenin Blanc planted on silt, sand, and limestone soils. Compared to Les Moulins, this enclosed monopole carries intensity and a long finish that belies its young vines, re-planted in 2003. Aged for nine months in neutral oak.
