Gravières comes from a tiny 0.3-hectare parcel in the village of Lavigny, about 100 km southeast of Château Chalon. This is Rousset-Martin's only Chardonnay vines planted on pure limestone. The 2017 bottling is simply stunning and rivals what you'll find in nearby Burgundy.
