If you're a French wine geek, you may already know about Ganevat's magnum-only sans soufre bottling of red-stem Chardonnay (Melon à Queue Rouge). From 1902-planted vines, this is one of the most pleasantly intense white wines I've encountered, with huge amounts of dry extract, a coiled mineral spine, and salted tropical fruits.
