Triennes Sainte Fleur Viognier comes from a vineyard at higher than typical elevation within Provence. The estate is the brain-child of of two of Burgundy's most respected names, Jacques Seysses (Domaine Dujac) and Aubert de Villaine (Domaine de la Romanée Conti). The two had found limestone and clay-based soils in a cool microclimate in Provence, and settled there to craft 3 wines wine made naturally for your enjoyment. This Viognier displays all the classic apricot and white flower notes that the grape is famous for, but does so in a lovely frame of minerality that keeps it fresh and supported by crisp acidity.
