All wines stored at 55° and 70% humidity
The most NorthWest vineyard of Nuits Saint Georges bordering Vosne-Romanée, and 1er Cru Aux Malconsorts. This wine carries much more "Vosne" spice and floral aromatics that it does brooding and dark earth elements indicative of Nuits Saint Georges. The complex perfume and concentration on the palate makes this one of the great insider vineyards in all of Burgundy, and from a still under-the-radar producer who is all about nuance and graceful tannins. This will be a great bottle for the cellar, and should age effortlessly for over a decade.
