Located in in the village of Chigny-Les-Roses and comprised of 11 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards, and presided over by three generations of women, J. Lassalle has a longstanding reputation for creating delicious and approachable grower champagne. This NV rosé offering is comprised of 70% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay 15% Meunier. Hand harvested and processed with full malolactic fermentation then aged 42 months in bottle on lees before disgorgement.
